"Yesterday, in an interview, Dr. Carson said, "We don’t need a Department of Veterans Affairs. Veterans Affairs should be folded in under the Department of Defense" to reduce the size of government, and that servicemembers should establish Health Savings Accounts, to pay for their own post-deployment care."
