It effects each and every state because the COAL ASH PITS are unlined and threatened drinking water across the nation.
Massachusetts is NOT protected!

Before the House left for the August recess, the Republican leadership passed a dangerous bill that would allow polluters to store and dump coal ash, a toxic by-product of burning coal that contains hazards like mercury, lead, and arsenic.
