A Freedom of Information request has generated over 300 pages of abuse from one farm in Tennessee.

Massive Horse Abuse Document Made Public

A Freedom of Information Act request has generated a 330 page document detailing the horrific abuses allegedly committed by Larry Wheelon against Tennessee Walker horses.  Larry Wheelon was arrested in 2013 after authorities raided his farm in Maryville TN.  A judge ruled that the evidence was illegally obtained, and the entire case was thrown out, but the images of his abuse continues to shed light on the ugly side of the Tennessee Walker Big Lick shows.  Larry Wheelon continues to show and judge at Tennessee Walker shows, despite repeated violations of the Horse Protection Act.
