Freddy: Cut with a Machete!
WARNING! Pike County Animal Control was called out to a dog who was tied to a tree. Once the officer got there, he realized it was much worse than expected and contacted Troy Animal Rescue Project. This boy has a major laceration on his hind quarters. It is believed to be a machete wound. It is very clean and even all the way down.
To be horrible enough to harm this boy and then to leave him tied to a tree to die in pain is unimaginable cruelty....We want to thank Pike Animal Control officer Jimmy for reacting so quickly. Because of him, this guy has a fighting chance!
T.A.R.P. has decided to call this boy Freddy. He is currently at Troy Animal Clinic. He will be evaluated and then treated. We need help with the costs of his care. We have a huge vet bill but could not turn this boy away.
