Look at Adam at the BOS meeting on 12/15/08 just hours after it was announced that his buddy Glen was going to plead guilty. It is the only BOS meeting where Adam is quiet the entire night.

Truth - Mimi did talk to Stephen Graham and Adam was present when Mimi was handed the phone to speak to Stephen Graham although there was NO conversation about the Casino or it’s investors.

If this was a violation of ethics then wasn’t Adam also complicit? If the Chairman of the BOS thought there was something wrong then shouldn’t he have mentioned it immediately? Why did he use his blog and wait for his and wait for his final BOS meeting to disclose it? Didn’t he have a sworn duty to disclose any improprieties if it were true? We will talk a little more about the connection between Adam & Stephen in a minute.

Truth - Adam contacted Aaron Tobey.

Adam threw his buddy Glen Marshall under the bus and then went behind the back of the BOS to contact Aaron and other tribal members.

Truth – Stephen Graham was in contact Adam and other residents from Middleboro to arrange a gathering at his house.

Stephen has a party every year for the Dorchester Day Parade that goes well into the night and Adam WAS There! I believe Adam forgot to disclose this to the press and the citizens of Middleboro.

If you walk into Adam’s office you will see a picture of him and Stephen Graham from the Dorchester Day Parade. They have their arms around each other, cigars in their mouths and drinks in their hands.

Chuckie isn't well known around town, but as far as anonymous comments, they're not really anonymous. While I can't comment about the veracity of the comments, they seem to raise additional issues. Pity Mr. Bond isn't on the BOS to comment publicly.

I hear Graham was fired by the tribe yesterday.
The next round of indictments should disclose who is lying. Who is next? Is it time for some local indictments? We've all speculated that things never made sense. The next year is going to be one surprise right after another and it's going to be pretty exciting! Maybe the whole BOS should resign now.
Remember Marsha tearfilled comments about 'overhearing a conversation in a restaurant' ? Ain't heard nothin' yet, Gavel Queen!
And hubby ran TMFH and buried some of the costs? No records were available? No records publicly disclosed? Why the secrecy?
It sounds like Chuckie has some solid information and facts. Nothing reasonably explains the conduct of the BOS otherwise. How do you negotiate with the tribe before recognition and pretend otherwise? Jack Healey and Wayne Perkins would be my bet. What say you, Chuckie? Who is next?
Because the town allows the secrecy to continue. This way in time it just goes away. Will be interesting to see just what end of the stick those involved with this poor idea of a casino coming to Mayberry ends up on,

if the agreement was done in any way
fraudulent like it was with Glenn Marshall everything would be null and void, no matter what Middleboro or the tribe agrees to? I'd say it is just tossed away, by the tribe and hope they
include Middleboro in if the casino every becomes reality>?? Just wondering!

The big hoopla now has to do with the BOS breaking the law.
Chuckie's version suggests that Bond was communicating with felon, feds were monitoring calls, felon forgot to tell Bond 'oh, btw, I'm negotiating a plea bargain.'
In today's Enterprise article, Amelia Bingham makes it clear that there is more money missing.
Those who keep saying there will be no local indictments will be proven wrong. This will surprise everyone.
