Meet Peanut rescued by our friends Second Chance Rescue NYC Dogs. He was found by police chained to a fence in the Brooklyn almost dead due to neglect and intentional starvation. The founder of NYC Second Chance rushed him in for emergency procedures. He was starved so badly you can see every bone in his body. He could not even stand himself up. His body temperature only registered at 87 degrees, which is EXTREMELY hypothermic. He now needs our help!
