CAUTION: Route 44 Toyota

Have you gone to Route 44 Toyota [or its affiliates] to test drive a vehicle?

You might want to review your credit report.

It was recently discovered that Route 44 Toyota requested my credit report

 

3 TIMES

I never applied for credit.

I TEST DROVE a vehicle that I subsequently paid for.

In addition, 6 months after purchasing the vehicle, Route 44 Toyota requested a credit report of a disinterested third party.

Please check your credit report if you have done business with these people.

This violates FCRA [Fair Credit Reporting Act].
