Stop & Think: The Rest of the World is Leading!

Instead of supporting, promoting and offering tax credits for CLEAN ENERGY, the Regressive Party refuses to remove Dirty Energy Subsidies.   

The Dirty Energy Kochs have successfully delayed Cape Wind by generously funding the opposition, delaying with court challenges, paying legal fees, most of the funding carefully concealed.

The Kochs generously fund Global Warming Deniers, Obamacare attacks, Tea Partiers and other extremist policies to promote their agenda to the detriment of Americans and America's Future.

It's time to give serious consideration to the policies we support because the U.S. is lagging  seriously behind.


Siemens to Supply Turbines for $2.6 Billion Cape Wind Project

NEW YORK CITY --Siemens AG, Europe’s biggest engineering company, agreed to supply turbines to the $2.6 billion Cape Wind project, the first offshore wind farm planned in the U.S.

Siemens will install 130 of its 3.6-megawatt turbines at the facility that’s now seeking finance for construction in Massachusetts waters, the Munich-based company said today in a statement. Financial details of the agreement weren’t disclosed.

Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc. unit MidAmerican Energy Holdings Co. awarded Siemens, whose largest business is energy, on Dec. 16 with a more than $1 billion contract, the largest ever, for 448 turbines for wind farms in Iowa.
