Burn CAA Copies On New Year’s Eve

The Citizenship Amend Act (CAA) is a unconstitutional law passed by the Nazi regime in India led by the ideologically Nazi Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led government. The Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019 was passed by the Parliament of India on 11 December 2019. It amended the Citizenship Act of 1955 by providing a path to Indian citizenship for Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi, and Christian religious minorities fleeing persecution from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan. Muslims were not given such eligibility. The act was the first time religion had been overtly used as a criterion for citizenship under Indian law. This is a violation of Article 14 which states, “The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India.”
The Nazi BJP regime trying to push forward
the National Population Register (NPR) which is a precursor the dreaded National Register of Citizens (NRC). The NRC which was conducted in the state of Assam has made almost two million Indians stateteless. If the NPR and NRC is conducted nationwide as was promised by the Home Minister Amitshah it will make millions of poor in India stateless. Most of them would be from the 200 million strong Muslim community. Under the FAQ released by the government of India on NRC “voter’s ID, Aadhaar and passport do not prove citizenship”. This has created panic in India.
Under these circumstances, CPI (Mohammad Rafi) as Facebook page has called for a worldwide protest.
