House Votes to Ban Carbon Tax: House Republicans, with help from 12 Democrats, passed an amendment on Friday to ban a carbon tax, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. In the Senate, Sens. Sanders and Barbara Boxer have introduced a bill that wo...uld impose a fee on carbon pollution.
