Ignoring 30,000,000 Americans

The Koch-Roaches want to create a Banana Republic and they're getting close....time to change, clean house and RESTORE DEMOCRACY!
REPUBLICANS ARE PAID BY THE KOCH-ROACHES
KOCH-ROACHES ARE PROTECTING THEIR BUDDIES
THE INSURANCE COMPANIES THAT ARE PART OF ALEC
The Republicans don't care about the 30,000,000 Americans without healthcare. They don't care about 297,000,000 people in this country. They only care about the 1%, the 3,000,000 that make sure they have lots of $$$$ to Gerrymander, receive bribes and suppress VOTERS. They could never win on their own merits, reputation or policies, they can only win if they cheat so that is what they do. The GOP is capable of anything, ANYTHING. They have become the new Mafia, the American Taliban, the worst, most dangerous group of politicians this country has ever seen, in our entire history. We must all take responsibility to do whatever it takes to restore honor in our Congress. TIME TO CLEAN HOUSE!!!!

Obama Slams Republicans For Not Wanting 30 Million Americans to Have Healthcare

By: Jason Easley

In the strongest language that he has ever used, President Obama called out Republicans today for wanting to deny 30 million Americans healthcare.

The president asked the key political question, "Why it is my friends in the other party have made it their mission to prevent these people from getting healthcare?" He said that killing Obamacare has become the Republican holy grail. He called repealing Obamacare the one thing Republicans can agree on. Obama said, "That's hard to understand as an agenda to strengthen the middle class...They used to say we're going to replace it with something else. There's not even a pretext of that now." Obama called the Republican obsession with repealing Obamacare an ideological fixation. The president said the law will need to be changed and tweaked as time goes on, but that is fine with him, because his goal to deliver affordable healthcare for all Americans.

The president called out the bad idea of shutting down the government unless Obamacare is defunded, "The idea that you would shut down the government unless 30 million people don't get healthcare is a bad idea...Again, they used to say they had a replacement, but they never actually arrived." Obama called out Republicans for having no agenda to provide 30 million Americans with healthcare.

We on the left have been waiting for President Obama to use this language for a long time. Obama isn't playing defense anymore. Nobody has ever made Republicans explain why they don't want 30 million people to have healthcare. Republicans will say that they want to replace Obamacare with something else, but they have never revealed a specific program to replace Obamacare.

There is no plan to replace Obamacare. There never has been. There never will be. Republicans oppose the idea of 30 million Americans being able to go see a doctor. They are against protecting people from financial ruin if they suffer a catastrophic or long term illness. The president was correct. The Republicans are ideologically obsessed with Obamacare. However, they aren't obsessed with helping the uninsured. Their only goal is to use Obamacare to fearmonger their way to electoral victory.

Time is running out. Republicans are out of options, and President Obama is finally sounding the perfect tone to seal the success of Obamacare.
