Toyota U.S.A. has chosen to be represented by the Rose Law Firm of Albany, New York and sends a young lackey who seems to have problems arriving on time.
At the March 18th PTC, the judge very kindly handled all other cases, delaying addressing the PTC awaiting the young lackey's arrival until the docket was cleared of all other cases and address the matter.
Not only did she have a problem with punctuality, but she couldn't be bothered to call the court to indicate same. Hmmm?
And to justify her billable hours was forced to chase the other departing attorneys across the parking lot, drag them back in and summon the judge from elsewhere in the court house to delay the process a few more months because, after all, this is about the Cash Cow, Toyota.
It took Toyota more than a decade of killing innocent victims before they addressed SUA [Sudden Unintended Acceleration] even though documents indicate that Toyota was fully aware of the problem much earlier.
Is Toyota's BRAKE FAILURE the next scandal?
