Route 44 Toyota Sold Me A Lemon

Amazingly kind!

I purchased a BRAND NEW 2012 Toyota from Route 44 Toyota on April 23, 2012, anticipating many years of FUEL EFFICIENT driving.

It's almost a year since I was forced to leave that BRAND NEW CAR with NO BRAKES on the property of ROUTE 44 TOYOTA.

IMO, I have been amazingly kind.

Reviewing the obscene volume of paperwork that killed more trees than this entire issue deserved, it was never posted that Attorney Daniel Viera threatened to charge me STORAGE - $25.00 per day for a vehicle that is not drivable.

Copies of all of Attorney Daniel Viera's letters have gone to Timothy Bruno, who apparently is the 'General Manager' of Route 44 Toyota and the husband of the owner.

Please tell me again how Route 44 Toyota values its customers.

Was I supposed to end up like this?

Toyota U.S.A. in their ridiculous 'Discovery' process has forced me to review this offensive episode of time and letters from these Dilly, Dally, Delay & Stall law firms will be posted.

It is truly astounding the lengths to which these clowns will stoop instead of resolving a problem with integrity.

Let's not blame the legal profession. It's businesses like Route 44 Toyota that don't want to repair or replace a defective vehicle, along with a manufacturer who seems to be concealing a defect that will precipitate the next Toyota recall that will cost them money.
